The actress said she is currently undergoing treatment in New York and is supported by friends and family. The main reason the 'high grade' cancer is dangerous and needs is its ability to spread quickly to other parts of the body. treatment is often different from the one used for an original tumour. Truth is, cancer can be hard to control once it metastasizes. Treatment depends on the original site of cancer or where it started, how much it has spread, where it is located, the patient’s age and overall health, etc. The main treatment options for metastasis include - surgery, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, biologic therapy, and radiation therapy. Organ transplantation is generally not recommended for metastatic cancer.
