Palestinians protesting against the demolition of Bedouin tents and houses in the area of Khan al-Ahmar, east of Jerusalem, on June 4, met opposition from Israeli police who are seen in this video attempting to detain a woman.

Clashes erupted between the residents, protesters, and the Israeli police, leaving 35 protesters injured, according to Palestinian reports.

About 45 Bedouin families live in the Khan al-Ahmar area, Palestinian media said.
