In court today, the CBI has demanded the custodial interrogation of former Union Minister P Chidambaram. Which is to say his arrest. A court in turn has stopped any arrest from taking place till at least august 1. The lawyers of Chidambaram claim it's all a fishing expedition intended to harass as he is already cooperating with the investigation. So what's really going on?
