Polish judge and Supreme Court President, Malgorzata Gersdorf walked into work despite new legislation forcing her to retire.The right-wing government introduced new legislation meaning a third of judges may have to retire.Gersdof argues its unconstitutional and the European Union has also criticised the Polish government for trying to gain political control of the judiciary.
