According to a report by Refinery 29, a woman publicly confronted Environmental Protection Agency head Scott Pruitt while he ate lunch at Teaism, a restaurant in Washington, DC. While holding her 2 year-old son, schoolteacher Kristin Mink approached Pruitt and urged him to resign in light of all the scandals in which he's embroiled and his alleged mismanagement of the EPA.
