Good morning. Southeastern regions will need to brace for Typhoon Prapiroon.
The typhoon continues to move northwards, we can capture through Satellite image, Jeju could see it getting closest by noon.
Busan will also be affected by Prapiroon near 9PM tonight, triggering heavier showers and strong winds and it will continue to soak southeastern regions until midnight.
Waters off Jeju and the island itself is under typhoon alerts with wind wave advisory, it's likely the typhoon advisories will expand to southeastern regions as the day goes on.
Heavier precipitation is expected further east, up to 150 millimeters through Wednesday, weather officials are cautioning against heavy rain and possible landslides.
Meanwhile, the capital area will have partly sunny skies with very warm temperatures...lows are ranging in the low twenties.
Highs in Seoul and Chunchoen will be a lot higher at 31 degrees, while typhoon affected areas will be much cooler.
