Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia on June 30, led candle light protest against the brutal rape case of 8-year-old that took place in Mandsaur. Scindia lambasted on Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and said that Madhya Pradesh is becoming rape capital of the nation.
