Maryland resident Marjorie Rock captured video of police evacuating an Annapolis building in the aftermath of the June 28 Capital Gazette newsroom shooting that left five people dead and others injured.

Rock said she was at a dentist appointment in the same building when the shots rang from one floor below at the Capital Gazette newspaper office. She told ABC News she was about to exit the clinic when an employee told her to stay inside.

The video shows Rock and a number of others being lead to the elevator. Once on the ground floor, officers can be heard telling the group to put their hands up as they are escorted out of the building.

The shooter was later identified as Jarrod W. Ramos, who was charged with five counts of murder, according to reports. Credit: Marjorie Rock via Storyful
