Time decided who would make the unranked list by looking at a celebrity's global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news. Since welcoming her first child with Travis Scott earlier this year, Jenner has gained an influx of social media followers. The first photo of her daughter, Stormi Webster, is currently the most liked photo on Instagram. Jenner has more than 100 million followers on Instagram alone and over 25 million followers on Twitter. She is joined by Rihanna, Busy Philipps and Kanye West on the list. At only 20-years-old, Jenner is already making a splash as one of the world's most influential leaders.
