A shocking incident has been reported from Delhi's Palam where a woman was allegedly stripped and brutally thrashed by few people in full public view. The sad part is even though the victim raised and alarm and had been shouting for help none bothered to intervene. The onlookers kept on making video of her beating that too in naked condition. Sources said that people thought it was her personal dispute and hence they didnt intervene. Senior police officials are maintaining silence over the matter.
