This week's ESPN power rankings are out and the Celtics fell to the No. 4 spot in a wild week. Tomorrow night Dick Vitale will call the Celtics game on ESPN at 8 p.m. as they play the Clippers. Marcus Smart was seen at practice Tuesday doing some light shooting drills. The Celtics are hoping to be at full strength (minus Gordon Hayward) after the All-Star break.
