US Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York filmed herself at a women’s sit-in protest in Washington against ICE and family separation on June 28, urging people to join the protesters, as police arrested as many as 575 people.

“What the adminstration is doing now is morally wrong, it is inhumane, and it has to stop,” said Gillibrand in her video while protesters shouted in the background. “And it’s not going to stop until each one of us speak out and are heard on this issue. So speak out now.”
