“Department of Homeland Security officers, clad in riot gear, removed protesters camped out at the ICE facility on Southwest Macadam Avenue early Thursday morning,” KOIN-TV, a CBS affiliate in Portland, reported.

In the video, a protester films a human barricade of federal officers that they were confronted with in the early hours on June 28.

“I awoke at around 5:30 a.m. to DHS unloading from vehicles,” the filmer told Newsflare. “They formed a riot line and walked down Macadam to the edge of the building where they stopped and put up tape.”
