Fugitive liquor baron Vijay Mallya has finally caved due to relentless pursuit by investigative agencies. He said that he has and will settle all his dues with banks. Mallya made public 2 letters he wrote to the pm and finance minister in 2016. In the letter, he highlighted the 'good' track record of his companies and sought to be treated with patience and in a fair manner.
