Conflict of interest allegations have been dogging ICICI bank CEO and MD Chanda Kocchar ever since the loans to Videocon group came to light. Now, the income tax department is probing the acquisition of the current family residence of Chanda Kocchar by her husband in Mumbai. The purchase was done through a web of complex transactions involving firms linked to Videocon group. The property in question is at 45, CCI chambers CHS limited, in the church gate area.
