A magnitude 6.1 earthquake hit Osaka in western Japan just before 8 am on June 17, with at least three confirmed deaths recorded by noon local time.
Among the casualties include one nine-year-old girl, who died when a wall collapsed on her at school.
The earthquake halted train services, stranded rush hour commuters and left thousands in the region without power. No major damage has been reported.
This video, a compilation of two clips uploaded by a Facebook user, shows the damage done to the restaurant he works at in Toyagawa, Osaka.
