According to Reuters, New York state's attorney general sued President Donald Trump, his foundation, and three of his children.
New York's AG accused Trump and co. of illegally using the nonprofit as a personal checkbook for their own benefit, which included Trump's presidential campaign.
Attorney General Barbara Underwood also asked a state judge to dissolve the Donald J. Trump Foundation, and to prohibit Donald Jr., Eric, Ivanka Trump from hold leadership roles in New York-based charities.
