A video of a poodlebeing forced to walk on its back legs during a couple’s shopping trip in Malaysia on June 9 reportedly sparked outrage among locals who accused its owner of cruelty.

This video of the incident was captured by Deepan Kumar outside a H&M store in the Sunway Pyramid shopping mall in the city of Subang Jaya.
