A man driving a stolen armored personnel carrier led police on a chase through Richmond, Virginia, on the evening of Tuesday, May 5.

NBC12 reported that the driver surrendered to police after a chase that sparked surprise and alarm among social media users in Richmond. The vehicle was stolen from Fort Pickett in Nottoway County, according to the NBC 12 report.
