26 Million Ticketfly Customers Exposed During Data Breach The online ticketing service shut down its website last Thursday after a “cyber incident”. The incident was actually a data breach that exposed the names, addresses, emails and phone numbers of millions of customers. According to Engadget, the hacker leaked the information onto a public server. Eventbrite, Ticketfly’s parent company, confirmed that customer information was stolen but did not confirm the number of people impacted. We understand the importance our customers place on the privacy and security of their data and we deeply regret any unauthorized access to it.
