Ather Energy has just launched two new electric scooters, the 340 and the 450. Priced at Rs 1.09 Lakh and Rs 1.24 Lakh, respectively. Both prices are On-Road (Bangalore). Both electric scooters come with a host of smart features such as in-built reverse assist, smartphone connectivity, 7-inch touchscreen instrument cluster and a vehicle charging point tracker. Initially, both electric scooters will be available only in Bangalore. Ather Energy plans to expand to other cities by the end of the year.

The Ather 340 will come with a maximum torque of 20Nm. The company claims a range of 60km and a top speed of 70km/h. While the Ather 450 will have 20.5Nm of torque, with a range of 75km and a top speed of 80km/h.
