A fire in Durango, Colorado, known as the 416 Fire, that erupted on Friday morning, June 1, had burned more than 2,250 acres by Sunday evening.
The blaze is only 10 percent contained, according to The Denver Channel, and caused restrictions and temporary closures on US Highway 550. A mandatory evacuation has been issued for over 800 homes in the surrounding region.
