Ingredients: Moong dal(soaked and water drained) 1 cup Cabbage(Finely grated) 1 cup Green chillies 2-3 Cumin seeds ½ tsp Salt to taste Curry leaves 1 sprig Coriander leaves ½ bunch Oil to deep fry\r

Method :\r

Blend soaked moong dal with green chillies, cumin seeds and salt into coarse paste. \r
Now take grated cabbage in a bowl and add the moong dal paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix it.\r
Now with this paste make vadas and deep fry in hot oil.\r
When they turn golden brown take them on tissue paper.\r
Enjoy crispy vadas with any chutney of your taste.
