Actor and Producer Arbaaz Khan was summoned by the Thane police in the IPL betting scam yesterday. It has been alleged that Arbaaz owes bookie Sonu Jalan who was arrested two days back. The bookie revealed that Arbaaz owes him 3 crores and later refused to pay him back. Sonu Jalan threatened Arbaaz when he refused to pay back his money.
