Jamie Lee Wilson, 25, was chased by police after a vehicle number plate recognition check showed that he was a disqualified driver. But instead of stopping when they instructed him to, the drug-fuelled driver reached speeds of 100mph and even reversed his blue Mercedes into the cop car, a court heard. Dramatic dash cam footage showed the drug-fuelled driver speeding along the A180 before a police helicopter camera tracks him as he drivers into a field and abandons his car. Wilson admitted dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, damaging a police car and possession of cannabis.
