Being diagnosed with a terminal form of cancer is something most people would have a hard time processing. Dan Thomas wanted to document his struggle with pleomorphic sarcomatoid carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer that has now become terminal.

Dan is now in treatment, using chemo to keep the tumors at bay but his doctors say he might only have months to live. Dan's message: Don't wait to find out if you're sick, be proactive before it's too late.
