This is the moment a shopping mall in the German city of Wuppertal flooded.

Video filmed yesterday evening (May 29) from an upper floor looking down shows the lower area of shopping centre flooded and people running away.

German media quoted a spokesman for the German Weather Service as saying: "The whole city is under water."
