Utah lawmakers have endorsed a proposal to allow the use of firing squads in state executions. A proposal by Republican Rep. Paul Ray of Clearfield calls for a firing squad if the state cannot obtain lethal injection drugs 30 days before the scheduled execution. — Reuters
