Flash floods swept through Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday, May 23.

This footage, taken by local Christine Connely Althoff, shows the floods swamping a street and leaving a vehicle partially submerged. According to local reporters, citing witnesses, the driver of the vehicle had to escape through their window.
