Good morning. Most parts of South Korea can expect bright skies and warm afternoon temperatures, while North Korea will also have sunny skies and warm highs, including Punggye-ri, the nuclear test site in the northeast of the country.
In fact, the sunshine will be very strong... boosting UV rays to very high levels in most parts, there will be nothing but sunshine so wear sunglasses and sunblock to protect your eyes and skin.
Yellow dust will keep blow in and stagnant air flow will only cause dustier conditions.... you need to cover up with a face mask as well.
It's quite breezy outside. Seoul, Daejeon, Daegu and Gwangju are kicking off at 11 degrees, 10 in Chuncheon, Gyeongju at 9 degrees.
Those of you in Gyeongju will notice afternoon highs skyrocketing to 31 degrees, a nearly 25 degree Celsius temperature gap...while highs in Seoul will rise to 24 degrees.
Daily lows will jump to seasonal averages and highs will also remain on the warm side for a while under mostly sunny skies.
That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.
