According to reports, airplanes at Britain's Heathrow Airport were banned from flying over Windsor Castle during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal wedding on Saturday for 15 minutes. The “no-fly” period was during the point when Markle approached the castle, the “big reveal” of her wedding dress and her ascent up the flights of stairs into St George’s Chapel. The closure of the airspace did not extend into the wedding service nor was it in place later in the day during various receptions and the couple’s carriage ride.
