Karnataka, the Congress-JDS failed to form a government. BM Yeddyurappa took oath as the Karnataka CM. After the court's decision, senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that the governor has not given any 2 weeks time to prove majority in the history of India. The governor has violated the constitution.

कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस -जेडीएस के साथ मिलकर भी सरकार बनाने में नाकाम रहीं । बीएम येदियुरप्पा ने कर्नाटक सीएम पद की शपथ ली । कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद कांग्रेस के सीनियर नेता गुलाम नबीं आजाद ने राज्यपाल ने पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि, आज तक किसी राज्यपाल ने भारत के इतिहास में बहुमत साबित करने के लिए 2 हफ्तों का समय नहीं दिया है। राज्यपाल ने संविधान का उल्लंघन किया है।
