In the latest, Congress and JD(S) knocked the doors of the Supreme Court at midnight to appeal against the Karnataka governor inviting the Bharatiya Janata Party to form the government in the state. SC has directed BSY to produce letter by Friday 10:30 am. SC says that it will not stay BSY's swearing in. In his plea, Singhvi had asked that the swearing in be differed to 4:30 pm. This comes as a huge setback for Cong & JD(S).
