The regime's state-run media on Thursday quoted Ri Son-gwon ,...the North Korean official in charge of handling inter-Korean affairs, as saying.... unless the serious situation which led to the cancellation of this week's inter-Korean talks is settled,... it will be hard to ever sit face-to-face with the current South Korean government.
Seoul is continuing to urge Pyongyang to come forward for talks to discuss follow-up measures to their recent summit agreement.
