Karnataka Election: EC defers polling in Rajarajeswari Nagar. Chief Electoral Officer of Karnataka Sanjeev Kumar informed that polling has been deferred in Rajarajeshwari Nagar constituency because more than 9000 poor vulnerable people are without their epic cards.
