South Korea and the U.S. have kicked off a massive combined air force drill that'll go on for the next two weeks.
The Max Thunder exercise will involve some 100 warplanes, including eight F-22 stealth fighters, as well as an unspecified number of B-52 bombers and F-15K jets.
It's the first time the two allies have deployed so many F-22s for a joint drill.
A South Korean Air Force official, who asked not to be named, said Max Thunder will help the allies improve their aerial operations.
