I was introduced to parchment craft when I was at school about 20 years ago, and havent done it since. We had basically two workshops we could go to, the school choir and parchment craft. I was sent to the choir because I could sing and the joke at the time was, that if you couldnt sing, then you had to go make cards! ^_^ I still had parchment craft lessons during art class to prepare cards for mothers day or other special occasions. These techniques are those that I remember. The tools then were very simple, now theres myriads of ball and perforating tools in pretty much every shape! You only need two types for this project, ball tools (nail art tools today) and a needle. I really hope you like this tutorial! I wrote a list below just so you know where I got my materials, but use what you have as far as tools and fabric go.\r
