Gyms and discount stores take over empty retail spaces

Grocery stores used to draw people to shopping centers. But many large retail spaces have been vacant since 2008. Discount stores like Goodwill and gyms like EOS Fitness are filling those empty spaces, and helping to draw shoppers back in.
