In a shocking incident a vending contractor has been slapped with a fine of Rs 1 lakh by the Indian railways, who was using train's toilet water to prepare tea and coffee. The incident, that occurred onboard Chennai Central-Hyderabad Charminar Express at Secunderabad railway station, was caught on cameras. Find out more about the whole incident here in this video.
