Due to the apathy of Karnataka government, farmers in the state have not got the benefit of 'Fasal Bima Yojna'. A sensitive government, which works for the development of farmers is needed in Karnataka: PM Modi while addressing Kisan Morcha Karyakartas of Karnataka.
