Russia's Vice Foreign Minister says Moscow is not seeking to be a party to a peace treaty between the two Koreas.
According to Russia's TASS News Agency,... Igor Morgulov said that such matters should be discussed between the two Koreas,... adding that the former Soviet Union took part neither in the Korean War nor in the armistice talks.
However, he said Russia remains dedicated to helping the peace process... and the long-stalled six-party framework is still crucial in denuclearizing North Korea.
