http://www.bookingchannels.com I learned this lesson the hard way... Some Chicago cheap hotels are nicer then others, that is for sure. I just took the cheapest online rate that I could find and I got what I paid for. Had I read some of the online reviews I would have been well informed and found out the hotel had no internet service and that was critical to my trip. I would have read some of the bad reviews and gone somewhere else. Alas, no I just arrived and managed to stay one night and moved to a more expensive and nicer hotel.
