This Johns Manville 5S video series is very informative and engaging, produced to ensure the key concepts of 5S are communicated. This video takes the audience through key stages of the 5S process from Sort through Red Tagging. In each of the 5 S stages, we take the time to explain how you can improve or implement that stage in your workplace using real-life examples.

This project was commissioned by my brother who has worked in a management and supervisory role for nearly 40 years. And the 5 S concept for improvement and operational structure in the workplace or even in the home was needed to train team members at his place of work.

This video was started with nothing more than an audio recording taken from using his iPhone. All other images and the video was sourced from the internet and the company website – to give the appropriate images more power by fitting them closely to the narration and paced timing.
