This is a review (and update from my original 2010 review) of the GI Joe Air-Sea base or TTBP. One of my favorite display bases, it looks like an off-shore oil rig without the drill tower. Low on gimmick but still high on immersive play value, the TTBP is easy to find cheap on the aftermarket, but with it's tinier parts missing, naturally.
