Here is vlog 2 of my structured cycling program I recently started. The goal is to get as fast as possible up a local climb here, which lasts for roughly 4 minutes. The current record up the climb is actually 4:02 so I would be a happy cyclist if I can go under that.

Today I did hill repeats of one of the less contested climbs in the area. A lot of people have riden up it (over 800 on Strava so far) but for some reason the top 10 times aren't extremely fast.
Don't get me wrong they aren't easy to get either haha.
I did 2 reps of the full climb and 2 of half of it. My best time for the full segment was 4:38, which just so happened to be a new KOM by 2 sec!
