Ingredients\r

1 cup maida or all purpose flour\r
1/4 cup oil\r
1/2 cup powder sugar\r
1 cup hot water\r
Few drops vanilla essence \r
1 tsp baking powder\r
1/2 tsp baking soda\r
Colourful sprinkles\r

Mix oil and sugar in a large bowl till smooth and creamy\r
Sieve all the dry ingredients in to it and mix\r
Add hot water and prepare a lump free batter\r
Grease cake tin with oil and pour the batter\r
Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes on gas stove.\r
Check it from toothpick, if its clean then cake is ready\r
Let it cool down and demould\r
Cake is ready, decorate it according to you.
