The 2011 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships was held in Szeged, Hungary in August 17-21.

The competition served as the major Olympic Qualifier event for canoe-kayak sprint sport where 75% of all the quotes were distributed. As for the number of spectators in Szeged...well...see it for yourself...(and don't forget to turn on the volume before watching this video!)
