This woman reacted hilariously to finding out she is going to be a grandmother.

The video, filmed in Cape Town, shows the woman screaming wildly in disbelief as she finds a positive pregnancy test inside a gift given by her daughter.

The filmer writes: “I thought I would wrap up a frame and a chocolate for her and add the pregnancy test inside.

‘’She realised it was a positive pregnancy test and she was so happy and filled with joy.

‘’We couldn't have thought of a better way to surprise her.’’
