Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar's gold medal was among the four medals that Indian wrestlers won at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games on day 8 of the competition. The other wrestling gold came from debutant Rahul Aware while in the women's category, Babita Phogat won a silver and Kiran settled for bronze in their weight categories. There was only one medal from the shooting range, when Tejaswini Sawant won the silver in women's 50m prone.
