The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched IRNSS-1I navigation satellite aboard the PSLV-C41 from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at the Sriharikota High Altitude Range. It is the 8th satellite to join ISRO’s constellation of navigation satellites. The launch comes two weeks after ISRO’s launch of GSAT-6A satellite. The rocket weights 321 ton and stands 44.4 meter tall.
